Activities Lifeguarding + Swimming + a short workshop :
Monday “first aid” workshop: how to learn how to give help, how to raise the alarm… Visit of the first aid post
Tuesday “first aid workshop”: Breathing control, LSP (Lateral Safety Position)
Wednesday “sea and weather workshop”: learn to read the sea, the wind, the flags, the formation of waves and currents. Learn how to swim safely.
Thursday “ecology workshop”: we will be interested in the planet, its fauna and flora. How, with simple gestures, can we protect our planet?
Friday “challenge”: this is the end of week challenge with all the techniques learned during the week. Presentation of the booklets of the mini and young rescuers.
