To this end, the office de Tourisme Hossegor is labeled Tourism Quality since July 7, 2010, which was renewed on September 23, 2013 and June 23, 2017.

Since 2023, the label Destination ofExcellence is the new reference quality, which replaces the mark “Quality Tourism”.
Designed to meet the current issues of tourism, it is based on two fundamental pillars :

The label highlights the destinations involved in a continuous improvement of their services, while integrating sustainable practices to a more tourist-friendly of environment and territory.

The highest ranking for an Office of Tourism. It is a powerful tool to strengthen our role as a backbone in the light of the tourist action to develop and allows the city access to the ranking in the station of tourism, which constitutes the recognition of a host excellence.
The Office de Tourisme Hossegor, classified in Category I, is committed to providing a host excellence and quality services to ensure an optimal experience for visitors.
This commitment translates into an information space that is accessible, personalized assistance, and multilingual service throughout the year.
The office provides a regular update of the tourist information, the dissemination of a wide choice of media (paper and digital), and access to digital tools, modern (trilingual website, social networks, geo-location).
It also provides maps and tourism plans that make life easier for travelers, and shall ensure that information is reliable and up-to-date accommodations, activities and events ocaux.
Finally, it meets the requirements of the label Destination of Excellence, ensuring a responsible tourism, accessible and innovative.

Popular Destination for cycling enthusiasts, the office de tourisme Hossegor is accredited Home Bike from 2023 to ensure cyclists a home and services throughout their journey.
This label distinguishes the facilities (accommodation, restaurants, tourist offices, site visit) that offer facilities and services dedicated to cyclists : secured shelters, repair kits, information on the routes.
A walk on the Vélodyssée or exploration of bike trails landes, we provide high-quality care and optimal conditions for an experience that’s fluid and fun to bike.
